This is Cragmont’s biggest event of the year—a special opportunity for parents and caregivers to connect beyond school drop-offs and playground chats while supporting vital PTA programs.

Enjoy an elegant evening with passed hors d’oeuvres, sparkling wine, signature cocktails, live piano music, and incredible food—all while mingling with fellow Cragmont families in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. There’s no dress code—just wear something black and white, whatever that means to you! Whether it’s jeans and a button-down, your favorite sweater, or a little sparkle, anything goes. We just want you there!

You Can Help Make the Auction a Success!

Share your talents and specialties with other Cragmont families at our Annual Auction. Do you cook, paint, bake, mountain climb, hike, garden? Offer to host an outing or share your skill with other families.

We’re still looking for unique, community-driven items—hosted experiences, handcrafted treasures, or special services. Whether it’s a wine tasting, private lesson, weekend getaway, or homemade treat, your donation directly supports Cragmont students!

VIP & Getaways – Got a vacation home or exclusive experience? These big-ticket items make a huge impact!
Host an Experience– Wine tastings, themed dinners, craft nights, or guided hikes—bring people together for something unforgettable! These could also be Count Me In events, like the examples below.
Share Your Talents – Music lessons, tutoring, home organizing, photography—turn your skills into a sought-after auction item.
Handmade with Love – Pottery, woodworking, art, baked goods—if you make it, people will love it!
Help at Home – Babysitting, pet-sitting, meal prepping—these practical services are always in demand.

Host a “Count Me In” Event

CMI events are small group experiences where people buy a spot instead of bidding—making them some of the most popular auction items! Whether it's a dinner party, creative workshop, or outdoor adventure, these events help bring our Cragmont community together.

Here are just a few exciting CMI events:

Wine Walk in Tilden Park – Sip wine, stroll through Tilden, and connect with fellow Cragmont parents.
2nd Grade Kites & Pizza – Fly kites, eat pizza, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon by the Bay.
5th Grade Bowling Party – A drop-off event for 5th graders to bowl, hang out, and have a blast.
Ladies’ Wine & Chocolate Pairing – Bubbles, handcrafted chocolates, and perfectly paired wines.
DIY Cocktail Mixology Night – Shake, stir, and master the art of crafting cocktails.
Family Movie Night Under the Stars – Cozy up for an outdoor movie with popcorn and twinkling lights.
