Hello Cragmont Families,
Welcome back to school! We’re excited to offer a diverse NEW set of classes this session for the Cragmont PTA Afterschool Enrichment Program. These classes provide opportunities for students to explore additional interests after school – to learn and have fun! The program is organized by parent volunteers through the PTA and taught by independent instructors.
NEW, LONGER SESSIONS!
This year, we are providing two, longer sessions of classes, one in the fall, and one in the spring. Prices of classes have increased to reflect meeting 12-15 times (instead of 6-8 times). The per class price has remained the same. We hope that your student will enjoy this time to immerse themselves in their interests.
If paying all at once for classes is a hardship, installment plans are available. Email the enrichment team at ptaenrichment@cragmont.org to get set up.
NEW, EXCITING CLASSES!
You should have received a class catalog flyer in your student's backpack last week. We have added Firecracker Math, Play-Well LEGO, Spanish, Rock Band, and Tennis to the roster this session. With at least 4 offerings each in the categories of STEM, ARTS, and SPORTS, there is something to appeal to most students.
REGISTRATION
Registration is open and will continue through Monday, September 9th.
Registration for all classes is first come, first served. If a class is full, you may join the wait list. Most classes begin the week of September 16.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Cragmont PTA strives to include as many interested students as possible in our enrichment classes. Scholarships are intended for students who cannot otherwise take an enrichment class. Please email ptaenrichment@cragmont.org or contact Parent Liaison Karime Blanco at karimeblanco@berkeley.net starting Thursday August 29 through Monday, September 9. The sooner we receive your request, the better your chances!
